Our Services

We provide consulting services in areas ranging from electronic design, manufacturing and fixturing, CNC programming and tool selection, test equipment procurement, electrical troubleshooting, failure analysis, and onsite support. We also provide design and or fabrication services in these same areas, and or connect you with one of our partners who specializes in your area of need.

Electrical Design

We partner with you in your electrical design all the way from creating the design requirements, to managing the product’s lifecycle. This includes R&D and creation of testing procedures and equipment, as well as firmware and embedded design. We excel at quick turn around times from design to first prototype. We give our full attention to you as our customer, whether small or large. With our experience in mechanical design and automation, we get your design produced faster and with more accuracy.

Labview Development

We offer many different programming solutions to get your needs met, and one of those is Lab VIEW. We excel in automating your testing and giving you full control by writing your Lab VIEW code for you. This enables you to focus more on what is important while leaving the tedious stuff to us. Lab VIEW development paired with our other services brings to the table complete turnkey solutions while others can only give you pieces of the pie.

Mechanical Design

Wouldn’t it be nice if the same guys that designed your electronics also assisted in the mechanical design of your gadget? Here we also offer mechanical design for casted, molded, welded, bent, and machined assemblies. We have experience designing parts and complex assemblies for things such as motorcycles, mining equipment, and automated testing during manufacturing. This means that you no longer need to coordinate different group efforts, we handle those tasks for you and deliver functioning prototypes.

Onsite Consultation

We are more than a remote office that provides service. We can schedule onsite appointments nationwide to get to know you and your needs, or to tackle an onsite project. We can work with you on identifying areas in you plant where automation can speed things up, or where testing can improve detection and prevent costly product failures. With experience in welded assemblies, CNC processes, testing automation, and electronics design and manufacturing, we can help you analyze problem areas, and provide root cause analysis on system failures and product failures.
